Our mission is to provide the highest level of life safety and property protection through the extension of fire prevention, emergency medical services, fire control, and public education services. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, professional, and effective public service. We strive to serve our community and our community environment, by maintaining a progressive, professional Fire Department with a commitment to excellence.

Our Services:

The Haw River Fire Department provides fire suppression, emergency medical services, and fire prevention inspection services to help prevent fires and assure life safety for people who live, work, and visit in the Town of Haw River.

We strongly believe in community involvement. Our value to the community is measured by the service we provide. Every day our firefighters, EMTs, and first responders strive to provide the best emergency fire and medical services possible to the citizens of Haw River's Fire District. The Fire Department provides fire prevention and public fire education through fire inspections as well as preparedness assistance to the Town's business community. If you are a manager or business owner, you may request a fire prevention inspection free of charge.
