Part-Time Parks & Recreation Attendant

 

 Part-Time Position at Jeffrey H. Earp Municipal Park

 

The Town of Haw River Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting applications for part-time help. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing Park and assisting with activities
  • Opening & closing of parks
  • Cleaning Parks & Rec facilities
  • General maintenance of Park grounds
  • This position will require night and weekend work; average 10 to 15 hours a week
  • The person must be able to pick up 50 lbs. or more on a consistent basis, able to push and pull with a large amount of force, walk, and drive

Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Must have sufficient education to perform job duties, high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience not required but preferred. Applicants must have a valid NC driver's license. Drug screen required. Applications can be found on our website at www.townofhawriver.com.
